Productivity in the fast-paced digital world of today depends on efficient task management. Conventional to-do list apps frequently use manual scheduling and static priority settings, which can result in inefficiencies and job overload. In order to increase efficiency, this study investigates how artificial intelligence (AI) might be included into work scheduling and prioritization. Artificial intelligence (AI)-driven systems can dynamically optimize task management by analyzing user behaviors, deadlines, urgency levels, and workload distribution through the use of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and behavioral analytics. The study assesses several AI models, such as predictive analytics and reinforcement learning, to see how well they increase task completion rates and decrease procrastination.
